Acer aspireONe D270 No Power At All

Good day All Tech Master Here in BadCaps forum..I receive this Acer Netbook with no power problem.. the 3.3 volts and 5 volts are present and i already try to replace bios chip but still not ok.. anyone who can help me with this problem.. thanks ....................................................................................................................................................................................................................
