Planar PLL2410W LED monitor has weird screen issue

So I got this newer monitor from work since they were throwing it out. I was hoping the caps would be the issue, but no. It seems more of a bad connection of sorts? It seems heat is a factor because when it's been off for a while, it will turn on fine for a few minutes, then the lower 2/3 of the screen go to lines, and shortly after the top 1/3 does the same. After power cycling, it will happen much faster. This happens on different PCs, so I don't think that's the issue. I used the DVI port to connect it. Jiggling the cords didn't affect it.

I can't send it back since I'm not the original owner. The CO. doesn't care to waste time on it since they're only $125 or so new.

I made a video of the issue. Has anyone experienced this failure?

Hmmm I'm guessing this isn't common with the lack of replies. I'm thinking it's on the processing side, so I guess I'll take a look there and hope for some cold soldering or the like.

That is the bad panel symptom. Is the T-CON board integrated with the panel?

There are 3 boards. One appears to be the main power supply. A smaller one that I would guess is the driver for the LED strips. Then the 3rd that has the connections to DVI, RGB, and ribbons to the LED panel and buttons. I would guess this last one is the same as the T-con board? The only board that is on the panel itself is the one that seems to simply divide all the connections along the edge of the panel.
