It looks like X/Y Safety cap .0015 uf 250VAC?

Its in a BN44-00197A PSU.
This problem has me stumped... TV takes awhile to turn on, but once its on, you can turn it off and on with no problems or delay. Sounds like BAD CAPS! But there aren't any!!! I even checked every cap with my esr meter and they are all good.
Even tried heating the PSU with my heat gun but it doesn't speed the boot process... I swear my luck with these strange problems...

That is the safety cap for AC line noise suppression, not needed for the board to work. I would check all the DC output voltages of all the secondary side output connectors when it is working and when it does not work.Last edited by budm; 11-13-2013, 06:13 PM.Never stop learning
