Hyundai U90d no screen flash at all

The Green Power light will come on and then go to amber. The screen never flashes on at all. Supposedly this monitor was used for about 3 weeks. and then sat on a shelf for months. IT was made in may 07.

There is a burned up ic on the bottom of the board and i have no clue how to figure out what it was, or what would have caused it to go bad.

FYI: the 12v on the inverter is steady at 11.97v and the 5v is steady at 5.05v There is no 3.3v on this board that i can find.

    Any Ideas guys?

not a very good picture but its probably a mosfet, one of a matching pair the other one is to the right of it, one for each transformer

I agree. The burned up (left) is mirrored on the right. See what part number is that and you will know the part no. for the burned up.
