Samsung 2220wm, bad capacitors ordered... however, how do i order these???

Thanks in advance for helping. As stated above, i have a Samsung 2220wm. Started blinking in and out. 1 second on, 1 second off.... etc. I unplugged the monitor and left off for about a week. Plugged it back in... and it worked! So, left it hooked up for about 1 week, then it started blinking again. This time, i decided to look up this forum and what a major help it has been. I found the 2 capacitors were "bulging" The Green 680's. i also noticed the two "blown" and "brown" looking items. 1. Please can someone tell me what they are? and 2. where can i order them? Thanks again. They are located at c506 and c523.

If you would like to see the whole board, i will post it.

They are lamp ballast caps, you should replace all 4, can you read the printing on them? I hope you can read the number because they are not the same as he one that did not burnt out. The two that burnt up are connected across the seconday winding of the transformers.

Service manual, not sure how close it is to your chassis.

Per diagram, these are the Caps from MOUSER
        C523, C506 = 12pF 5% 3KV: http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/...jK6%2fuykG0%3d

        C528, C509 = 3pF 5% 3KV: hard to find in stock

I looked at the service manual and the power supply/inverter board layout matched your board, so you can replace the C523, C506 = 12pF 5% 3KV caps

Using the info budm provided, you can use the cap available from digikey:

              http://www.digikey.com/product-detai...191-ND/1021839

The only difference is that it's rated for 3.15KV versus 3KV, which is fine.

Don't forget to replace the bulged caps.

                  BOOM! Replaced and Perfect!

Funny story tho.... I soldered all capacitors, and the two smaller blue capacitors. Was so proud of myself, and excited to turn on the monitor. To my dismay, it didn't work! So, again... i open up the monitor to find i had soldered a 680 in backwards! DOOOOH. Must have been the inexperience... or the 3 bourbons in. Never drink and solder. HA. I ordered 2 more 680's from the guy who sent me the original 6... arrived 5 days later and works perfect.

Would like to say thank you to Jetadm123 and budm for the guidance.

Thank you to badcap.net for the valuable information i could search.

I am trying to fix one of these monitors. My caps did not burn but I'm changing them to be proactive. I can't find the 3pF. I have the 2 12pF's on the way from digikey. Is there any place to find these 3pF's?
