if those caps are ceramic caps,
just replace them to same size from scrap mobos you have.

how will i know if those caps are same capacitance value...or voltage what are the symptoms or effect if i used not same value..

lcr meter is to much expensive i have only esr meter analog diy...but i try your suggestion bro..
