N5010 Auto power on when plugged in

Hi frnd, i have straange problem with dell n5010. its problem is when plugged in adapter or battery it auto power on. i have check cmos and reflash bios. no result found. also replaced SIO. but bad luck. pls anyone suggesstt me whats problem it is.

Do you have (without power supply connected) 3v on C2017?

I have the same problem with this board,have you solved it? after connecting it takes cca 0,5A from power source and disc.graphic chip is heating little bit..

I found some missing voltages on board,they are created by PU5001 (TPS51116),meassured it and also mosfets around,enable signal was present but on output coil was nothing...after replacig this ic,board is fully functional..
