    Identifying a component

    I need help to identify this burned Transistor from a Ryobi battery charger.
    Please check the photo, this is the best i can get for the ID.

        probably,
        if the fet is bad, you should change the zener diode too.

        did you check the 2 mbr5200 diodes for shorts?

          No I didn't, how do i check this, testing the 2 poles to ground ?
          Anyway, is better to change the 3 components ?

            check the resistance between the 2 connections on each diode.
            remove them first.
