Fixing DAC 19M005, what fuse value?

I am trying to fix my DAC 19M005 BF REV 01A and I was wondering what the F200 fuse value is.

In the schematic (here) it states that the fuse is a 4A for the 00A REV whereas on this ebay kit it states that the fuse is 2A but 4A fuses are available.

Anyone have any idea which is correct for my REV01A?

What number or letter is stamped on the original fuse?

      It was "W" or "M"

Also i assume i should be ordering fast blow fuses, as opposed to standard or time delay.

Hi, the "W" indicates it is a 4A fuse and is available as follows
        http://uk.mouser.com/Search/ProductD...-SF-1206F400-2

The Ebay advert also goes on to say
        "IMPORTANT:

The fuse that you will be replacing is referenced "F200" on the PCB.

*(You may request a substitution of the 2A fuse for a 4A fuse.
Be sure to include this request with your PayPal payment.)."

A 2Amp fuse will give your circuits better protection but may blow more often.

Ideally you need to know first what caused it to blow and if you dont youd better buy a few. There are a few posts on this forum which may help you if you've not aleady read them.
