Which of the two is a better pick? Both Nichicons, 22 µF, 25V, and I have the choice of either the KL or the VX. This is for mainboard use. Given the choice between those two nichicons, which (if either) is better than the mobo's stock Supacons? Or would the Samxon stocked by TopCat be better than either of those two? I'm trying to find the best caps of each specs that match the stock caps on the 'board, while still providing an improvement over the stock caps. The board's got good caps for all but a trio of high µF caps that are known defective Nichicons, and virtually ALL the smaller ones are crap caps.

I wouldn't recomment either of those two series. I don't think they're low ESR. If you insist on using nichicon, use a new HM, HD or HE series. This (http://www.badcaps.net/store/product...roducts_id=102) also shlould be OK.
