can anyone make a clean ME version of this bios from an acer e1-571 la-7912p?

With this bios the laptop shuts down after exactly 30minutes

Its not BIOS problem - its ENE or IT 85xx problem....from the power management
(i have the same problem with asus x75vd-aceeasi problema...am cumparat un IT gata scris si a mers)

Will this file work for a Acer Aspire E1-532-4629? I renamed the BIOS file (due to black screen) and with a USB boot drive, got 3 beeps when doing the FN+ESC reload. Do I have bad Ram? or was there an issue with bios?
