          Antec EarthWatts EA-380

          Rubycon USR 220uF 400V on primary side (1.5A ripple rating @ 120Hz; 1.725A ripple rating @ 100kHz).
          2200uF 10V OST RLX bafore +3.3V and +5V inductors with 1000uF 10V JP CE-TUR after each inductor.
2200uF 16V OST RLX before +12v inductor with 1000uF 16V x2 Teapo SY Series after it.
1000uF 16V Teapo SY before inductor on -12V rail with OST RLX 220uF 16V after it.
3300uF 10V OST RLX before +5Vsb inductor with 220uF 16V OST RLX after it.
SBR30A50CT rectifiers used for +3.3/+5V rails, with two in parallel for +12V rail.

MOSFETS are FQP13N50C x2 (in parallel) for the PFC, with FQP13N50C x2 for the double forward converter. The PFC rectifier diode is a 8ETH06.
          Fan is Adda.

The PFC/PWM controller is a CML CM680x series.

The closest match to the OST RLX Series are Nippon Chemi-Con KZJ or Matsushita FM or Rubycon ZLG (recommended upgrade for all other units as well; if not obtainable, use higher capacitance Nippon Chemi-Con KY or KZE units or Rubycon ZL units or Sanyo ME-WX).

                Dell L350P-00 350W ATX PSU (Lite-On PS-6351-1DFS REV:A)

                350W total
                +3.3v 17A
                +5v 22A
                +12v1 18A
                +12v2 18A

The primary caps are two Ltec 820uF 220v caps (yes, 820uF!!)

The secondary side has OST caps mainly, but a few Ltec also (common for Dell PSU's)

The PFC is passive, bigass transformer screwed to the top cover, the PSU weights about a ton, real impressive that way (mostly due to passive PFC transfomer)

                24pin ATX connector
                4-pin 12v P4 connector
                6-pin PCI-Express videocard connector
Some oddball 6-pin connector with only 5 wires, never seen before (thought it was EPS +12v first..)
3 molex HDD and one molex FDD connector
                2 Sata connectors

The P4 connector was corroded, poor contact resulted in too high resistance and melted the plastic, quite common. Gonna replace the connector...

                  20 pin ATX
6 molex HDD and one molex FDD connector

                  Input Caps: Teapo 680uf 200v

                  Output Caps (left to right):
                  Fuhjyyu 2200uf 16v (dark blue)
YEC 3300uf 10v (light blue, already desoldered, blown)
Teapo 1000uf 10v (light blue, inside wire bundle)
YEC 3300uf 10v (light blue, already desoldered, blown)
                  Teapo 3300uf 10v (brown)

The two blown YEC caps measure about 1200uf.

Big fan, big case, but small on guts. This supply isn't worth good caps so I put in a Viva 2200uf 16v and two OST 3300uf 6.3v.

Thermaltake 430W XP550NP. Group-regulated, No APFC, basically a cheapie unit with highly questionable caps.

                    Primary side: 2 x 680uF 200V CapXcon
Secondary side: Ltec, Suscon and Teapo.

                    Will be recapped with:
NCC KMD 820uF, 200V on the Primary
UCC KY, LXZ, KMG and Panasonic FM on the Secondary.

PCB says 300W @ 250V, so not only is it of questionable build quality but it is actually "overclocked" on some pretty shady components.

Belkin 375VA backup power supplies and an APC:

                          Belkin made by Delta Electric:

                          Belkin made by Centralion Industrial:

This 300VA backup by APC (Conext brand) contains a lot more parts than the above two backup supplies:

Does the second Belkin (Centralion) really have any MOVs in its surge protection circuit? Because those big green disks look more like capacitors (green ceramic, dull finish) than MOVs.

How ironic. I have the almost the same unit. :-) Same JP CE-TUR caps as yours, too.

In fact, IIRC, I have asked a few questions about the PSU in these forums. My unit's been running fine for the last year or so. Bought it for less than $10. :-)

                                Newton Power NPS-400AB B
Unable to add pictures, I post a simple description and the photos as attachments

Pic 1: front grill, the only air intake. Quite tight inside.

Pic 2: label. Label writing style resembles the Delta's one.

Pic 3: rear grill. Only an 80 mm fan.

Pic 4: inside, a bit off focus. I opened the U-shape case, no "void warranty" seals at all; there are two pcbs, the upper one holds the primary side, the lower the secondary side and a fan regulation board.

Pic 5: primary side. I think the pfc is active, because there is only a big UCC KMM 390 uF 450v: someone can confirm my thougths? Others capacitors are UCCs, Nichicons and 3 little Letecs: more details in another post. "NPS-400AP B" is written on the pcb, below the big cap.

Pic 6: secondary side. Regulators on the right, output stage on the middle and fan control board on the left part; mixed brand capacitors here: 3 Letecs, 2 Rubycons, 6 Nichicons and 4 UCCs.

Pic 7: caps. A Letec LZG 4700uF 10v and an UCC KY 3300uF 6.3v in foreground, the top of a Nichicon HD 220uF 16v in the background. More details about caps in another post.

Pic 8: regulators. A ST PS2045C in the foreground: his datasheet qualifies as a 20A, 45V Schottky Rectifier.

Pic 9: fan. A Delta AFB0812SH, rated 46 cfm at 4000 rpm: at full speed it should be quite noisy.

BTW, the NPS400-AP (not AB: funny enough) serigraph is on the secondary pcb below the big transformer, not on the primary one.
